Simple expectations for payment, design, and print timing.

These policies are here so every campaign starts with clear expectations. If you need a special arrangement, contact Mailbox Merge before paying.

Payment

Campaigns are paid in full.

Mailbox Merge currently uses one-off campaigns with full payment collected before production is finalized.

Refunds

Refunds stay open until the day of print, minus $250.

If a campaign is canceled before print day, the payment can be refunded minus a $250 planning, setup, and coordination fee.

Print cutoff

No refunds once the postcard moves into print.

Once the postcard reaches print day or moves into production, the campaign is no longer refundable.

Artwork deadlines

Ads should be submitted within one week.

For smooth production scheduling, artwork and offer details should be submitted within one week of booking unless another timeline is confirmed.

Printing timeline

Most pieces are prepared for print within two weeks.

Print timing depends on approval speed, route coordination, and production scheduling, so exact mailing dates remain estimated until confirmed.

Custom ad design

Custom ad creation is $85.

If Mailbox Merge builds your ad, the custom design fee is $85 and revisions remain open until the file is approved for print.

Revision expectations are discussed before the project starts.
